Apply Online
Click on the “Apply Online” button below for direct online admission. Then you’ll get our admission form. After completing the form properly, click on the ‘Send‘ button. Note:- Please know the details about your desired course before applying and read the admission procedure page carefully.
Class Schedule
- “Saturday-Monday-Wednesday” or “Sunday-Tuesday-Thursday“; 3 days in a week. Exception: Negotiable!
- The Institute is open from 9:00am-10:30pm at Saturday to Thursday. Exception: Friday (3:00pm-10:30pm)!
Payment Procedure
- Up to Tk. 10,000: Trainees can pay the course fee in one-time or not more than 2 installments. The 1st installment is to be paid at the time of admission and the 2nd installment within the next 30 days.
- Up to Tk. 15,000: Trainees can pay the course fee in one-time or not more than 3 installments. The 1st installment has to be paid at the time of admission and the 2nd and 3rd installments by the 10th of the next 2 months.
- Up to Tk. 20,000: Trainees can pay the course fee in one-time or not more than 4 installments. The 1st installment has to be paid at the time of admission and the 2nd, 3rd and 4th installments by the 10th of the next 3 months.
- Up to Tk. 25,000: Trainees can pay the course fee in one-time or not more than 5 installments. The 1st installment has to be paid at the time of admission and the 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th installments by the 10th of the next 4 months. Note:- The mode of payment of course fee of more than Tk. 25000 will be decided subject to discussion.
Course Discipline
- Trainees are required to attend classes regularly. If he is unable to attend for any reason, he must inform it beforehand. In that case, the institute will arrange makeup classes on any convenient day and time before the end of the course period.
- Class time should be maintained properly. If he wants to change the day or time, he must contact the office as per the prevailing rules.
- If the course wants to be temporarily suspended, the trainees must take prior permission from the institution. Otherwise, the admission will be automatically cancelled due to absence of 30 days or more in a row.

- Visit the institute’s own website www.gmictbd.com regularly. This will help the trainees to easily get any notifications and other updated information related to the course.
- The trainees have been specifically advised and requested to stay connected to the organization through social media apps like Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, etc. and communication apps like Emo, WhatsApp, Viber, Messenger etc.
